Our Service

Moving is stressful. Moving to another country is even more so. Our service is designed to minimise that stress by advising and helping with every aspect of your move.
We start with some fairly basic questions: Where, when, how long and how much!

Where? - There are so many beautiful places to live in Bali. We need to find out the type of place you want to live in so that we can advise the locations that will best suit your lifestyle.

When? - Are you in the planning stage or do you arrive next Thursday? Are you thinking of coming on a fact finding trip first? The more time we have, the more we can help and advise you.

How Long? - Is this a long holiday, a year out to relax or a long term move? How long you are planning to stay impacts on the types of deals we can make on your behalf.

How Much? - Do you have a budget in mind? What level of lifestyle are you intending to have? The options are almost limitless in Bali, but so too are the costs! We have to ascertain your intended budget, both initial outlay and ongoing expenses, in order to ensure that you can move here in confidence without any unwelcome surprises down the road.

Having received the answers to those four questions, we can assign a consultant who will start looking into more detail with you on a one to one basis. The consultant will work with you to decide on the location (or locations) that best fit your intended lifestyle, the type of villa or house you would like to live in, what type of visas are most appropriate, transportation needs, schools if required; everything and anything that helps us to help you make your move to Bali easier.

Once we have your detailed set of requirements, the consultant will start to look for properties within your chosen location(s) that fit into your budget and that will be available for the timescales you have indicated. We initially aim to send you details - with photos - of at least 6 different properties that fit your requirements for you to review. If you see a property that you really like, we can start negotiations with the owner regarding price. If you don't see a property you like, we will continue the search!

The consultant will also start looking into all other aspects of your requirements including visas, transport, schools etc. Anything you can think of, any questions you have, just ask and our consultant will happily look into them for you and find the answers.

When you arrive in Bali we aim to have the following in place:

• Our consultant to meet you at the airport.
• Your visas in place and correct.
• Transport from the airport.
• A hotel booked in the location you have chosen to live.
• At least 3 properties ready for viewing - all available straight away and all negotiations on cost completed.
• Any long term transport requirements arranged.
• Any other requests or requirements satisfied; schools, shipping, medical, household staff etc.

However our service doesn't stop once you are living in your new Bali villa or house. We will continue to be available at any time to assist in any of your needs whilst you are in Bali.
